Houston, Texas - March 20, 2013 - Hi-Crush Proppants LLC, or Hi-Crush, the owner of the general partner of Hi-Crush Partners LP (NYSE: HCLP), today announced that The Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation recently awarded Hi-Crush its Paragon Award for making a positive impact in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area, specifically noting Hi-Crush's efforts in community outreach and inclusion.
Hi-Crush was presented the award which recognizes organizations for significant contributions to local economic impact and community excellence. Hi-Crush is the first proppants company to receive the Paragon Award.

The Hi-Crush Augusta site is a newly built facility completed in July 2012, and located in Augusta, Wisconsin. The Augusta site has an estimated 48.4 million tons of proven recoverable coarse grade sand reserves located on 1,187 acres. The Augusta facility, which has a processing capacity of 1.6 million tons per year, has a reserve life of approximately 33 years.
